After a sold out hip-hop tour in 2014 with Swollen Members award winning Canadian rap veteran Madchild is set to tour his new hit album Silver Tongue Devil & back catalogue across Australia this April and May 2016.
Madchild’s new album “Silver Tongue Devil” features collaborations with Evidence, Slaine, Demrick and shows why he is fast becoming one of the most prolific artists speaking to this generation.
No stranger to Australian fans the little monster has seen his label and positive movement BAXWAR grow from strength to strength with an army of fans down under awaiting his debut solo headline tour. Madchild hails from the golden era of hip-hop having been inducted into the Rock Steady Crew with Swollen Members in 1996 alongside Dilated Peoples and The Arsonists plus notable collaborations with Jurrasic 5, Talib Kweli, Nelly Furtardo, ICP, Necro, La Coka Nostra as well as crossing into video games, extreme sports videos and the WWE. A career like this means fans can only expect to be lit up with experience and classic songs such as Prefontaine, The Jackel (video shot in Sydney), Dickh*ad, Swollen Members classics and many more from his lengthy catalogue.
Supporting Madchild nationally will be Mastacraft debuting the single Elephant Man ft. Madchild live who is riding a wave of local and international press with his comedic driven F*** You Patrick! single and album of the same name. Also joining is Sydney rapper Mickey Deville who has just come back from the USA working alongside Apathy & Celph Titled & capped off by some of each individual states rising stars.
